Just finished this one up. Pretty rad but for me a little overkill on legs. I did everything but the high pull with 3set of 15 with 2x35#kb
I like squats, clean and press but I’d rather just combine them a little more and add windmills or something. Usually tend to spread them out by a few days but… I was hating the world a little on my last set of clean and press. Which is a very good thing.
I’ll change a few things for myself next time but this gets a thumbs up from me.
